I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist and an accredited registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I work with individuals (18 years and above) offering short and long-term therapy. 

For a number of years I have been offering counselling services in my private practice, the NHS and community services, working with clients on issues such as relationship dynamics, role and life stage transitions, bereavement, life altering events, loneliness and isolation, anxiety,  depression and loss of meaning in life.
